Delete your account

Use this form to ask us to permanently delete your doBuddy account and the personal data we hold about you. doBuddy is operated by Walnut Stack, L.L.C. Deletion requests from our mobile apps are handled here too.

Please use the email address linked to your doBuddy account so we can find it.

We will email you to confirm.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your profile details (name, email, phone, location)
  • Your apps, projects and their generated content
  • Your conversation history with doBuddy
  • Your notification and app preferences

What we keep & timing

  • Billing, payment and invoice records kept for tax and accounting law
  • Records we must retain for security, fraud or legal compliance
  • Aggregated, anonymised statistics that no longer identify you

We action verified requests within 30 days. Any active doBuddy plan is cancelled as part of deletion. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, please also cancel it there.
